Important! This is a binding legal agreement. Sahara Hotel and Casino reserves the right to change this agreement at any time without notice and such changes will become effective immediately. by using, viewing, transmitting, caching, storing, and/or otherwise utilizing this site and/or its contents in any way, you have agreed to each and all of the terms and conditions listed below, and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this agreement. If you do not agree to this agreement, click here to leave this site, and do not use this site. Please print and retain a copy of this agreement.

Age: If you are not at least 18 years of age, your parents or legal guardian must agree to your use of this site and any services or materials provided here or reached from here. Please read SaharaVegas.com's Information Policy relating to such use. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that you are either 18 years old or older, or have your parent's or guardian's permission.

Ownership: This Site has been created for your information, education, entertainment and communication. This Site and all components hereof, including without limitation text, images and audio, are copyrighted by Sahara Hotel and Casino.

Electronic Disclaimers: Sahara Hotel and Casino and its affiliates, subsidiaries, other related entities, and each of their officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively, the "Hosts" are not responsible for telephone, electric, electronic, network, Internet, computer, hardware or software program malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties, or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail, e-mail, form postings, connections, messages or entries, or the security of any and all such matters.

Further, the Hosts are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Site or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of any information related to the Site.

Sahara Hotel and Casino may prohibit you from participating in or utilizing the Site if at its sole discretion you show a disregard for this Agreement or act in an unsportsmanlike manner, with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, or in any other disruptive manner.

If for any reason any portion of the Site is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sahara Hotel and Casino which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Site, Sahara Hotel and Casino reserves the right (but not the obligation) at its sole discretion, to prohibit any individual (and all of his or her data) from using the Site, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Site or any portion thereof and void such data.

Users also agree that the Hosts are not responsible or liable in any way for injury, loss or damage to entrant's computer or interception or use of credit card information, related to or resulting from use of the Site or any sites, services or materials linked or related thereto or therefrom, or use of "test" or real booking mechanisms at any time, and also are not responsible or liable in any way for any injury, loss, claim or damage relating to or resulting from any part of this Site or the booking mechanism operating or not operating on computers or networks used by entrant or communicating with such computers or networks.

Use of Site Material: It's okay with us if you want to make a single copy of a document, or part of a document, published by us on this Site, if you make this copy for your own personal use, and remember to keep our copyright notice prominently displayed on your copy. BUT, we do mind and will protest if you are downloading documents, parts of documents, logos and other materials from our Site for your own commercial purposes.

We employ a talented staff and consultants who may be working on the same or a similar ideas. By sticking to this policy, we hope to avoid confusion about our ownership of new concepts created by our employees. Please do not send us any creative material of any kind.

You also acknowledge and agree to each and all of the terms and conditions of the SaharaVegas.com Information and Use Agreement and all other terms and conditions of use including, without limitation, agreement that the laws of the State of Nevada, U.S.A. shall govern all issues related in any way to SaharaVegas.com and that all disputes of any kind shall be resolved by and within the courts of that state, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all and any such issues, disputes and matters. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy and/or those terms and/or conditions at any time. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use and/or access to SaharaVegas.com and/or the Club Sahara Program following changes to this policy and/or terms and/or conditions will mean you accept those changes.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS: you must elect not to use SaharaVegas.com and not to join the Club Sahara Program. Because such information must be used, reproduced, modified, adapted, translated, used to create derivative works, shared, published and distributed as a basic part of SaharaVegas.com and/or the Club Sahara Program, it is not possible to use SaharaVegas.com and/or join the Club Sahara Program and limit, control or edit such use, reproduction, modification, adaptation, translation, derivation, sharing, publishing and distribution.

SAHARA HOTEL AND CASINO PROVIDES SAHARAVEGAS.COM, THE Club Sahara PROGRAM, THESE AND OTHER MATERIALS, AND OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS "AS-IS" AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESIGN, ACCURACY, CAPABILITY, SUFFICIENCY, SUITABILITY, CAPACITY, COMPLETENESS OR AVAILABILITY. You also agree that Sahara Hotel and Casino does not represent, warrant or guarantee that SaharaVegas.com or the Club Sahara Program or any such other products and services will be uninterrupted, without omissions or error free, or that defects will be corrected or changes implemented. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INLCUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL SAHARA HOTEL AND CASINO BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF SAHARAVEGAS.COM OR THE CLUB SAHARA PROGRAM OR ANY SUCH OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, EVEN IF SAHARA HOTEL AND CASINO OR A SAHARA HOTEL AND CASINO AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore such exclusions may not apply to you. In the event Sahara Hotel and Casino is held liable for any damages related to such matters, you sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement for services or products paid by you to the entity held liable which were not provided by such entity. You hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond two (2) years after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based .
